“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
Confuscius

We love to train.

We understand that content, structure and flow are important elements in ensuring successful learning. We also understand that the innate passion of the trainer to train others and the trainer’s ability to bring content to life is equally important.

We believe in an interactive ‘hear, see, do’ approach to facilitate experiential learning. Theory and action are combined to firstly provide some general principles to guide action and then allow opportunities for practice. Active learning is more effective with adults than a passive process with problem-centred learning being more enduring than theory based learning because learning is most effective when thought and action are integrated. We understand that adult learners are not passive recipients of information and need to have learning opportunities orchestrated (i.e. facilitated) in a sensitive, considerate and respectful manner by a subject expert with a passion for helping others.

Subject matter expertise has been honed over three decades of working experience and through two decades of formal tertiary study and the innate love of helping others is strong.

Experience in a formal classroom environment has been obtained as well as solid experience with facilitating adult training. A list of the adult training courses we have already facilitated is listed below.
